::Several letters of termination regarding a current account were initially ignored. After a telephone call, it was unfriendly claimed that you had to make an appointment in the branch in order to personally cancel the current account. Since this was initially not possible due to a move, the employee was informed in writing about the right of termination according to § 675 h BGB. Within a week, after more than six months, I received confirmation of my dismissal.

::Very mixed experiences. Some advisors were courteous and friendly, while others were simply outrageous. Telephone counseling abounds with larger (and small) concerns instead of making constructive solutions, but remains professional.
