  Find this Sparkasse with their customer service rather bad to mega bad. My concerns were tiredly ridiculed in conversation even though I wanted to open a business account and a second account. Fortunately, the selection of banks in Harburg is very large and otherwise they are online. I personally cannot miss this bank. The staff is very arrogant. I don't think you need to try to find new customers.

  For that you have to pay 10 € per month for an account and you weren't even asked. The service is really bad and so is the staff.
