::disgusting attitude towards customers; if a person does not speak the language well, he immediately refuses to communicate with him at the meeting. A very simple problem when opening a bank card caused a lot of problems for the bank employee. The alternative is to use a friend's call, since a bank employee who has a good command of the language will refuse to communicate. The worst attitude towards the customer that I have ever experienced is that of banks.
