::Great branch, great team... competent and friendly, top service and top advice. Above all, I would like to praise my advisor Mr. Yildiz. Very competent and trustworthy. He takes a lot of time, explains everything down to the smallest detail, and makes you feel like you're in very good hands. Nothing is talked into your head. Hopefully it will stay with the Sparkasse for a long time. Generally a top team, keep it up!!!!

::The staff is disrespectful. My bank account has been blocked. I asked why it was banned. “We can’t help you,” she said. “You should call and ask why, or go to Hanau and ask.” I talk to her and she doesn't answer me, as if I was extorting money from her. She does not answer me. You are my employee and have to explain why the bank account is blocked. There is money and I pay the full fee. I ask Sparkasse management to hold them accountable

::Staff very unfriendly. The machines didn't accept my card and I wanted to ask why that was. Couldn't make a bank statement because the machine said the card wasn't recognized and repeatedly. I waited for 15 minutes and each time I heard that they would help me straight away. One lady was sitting on her cell phone and the other just stood there and looked around. After asking several times I just want to know why it doesn't work. I was bluntly told that either the card was damaged and I would have to go to Hanau, no one could do that here, or the card was dirty and couldn't be read. The map was not looked at. I then went to the branch in Rodenbach and, strangely enough, it worked. Maybe the devices there are simply broken. But one thing is definitely the staff is very unfriendly and listless. In the end I was in this branch for 20 minutes for nothing, thank you for nothing!

::I went to the counter to find out about the account models. Despite the many customers, the service department took the time to introduce me to the different models and also answer questions about them and their advantages. Nevertheless, I was given time to think about it, to let the conversation sink in and I was not pressured to make an appointment straight away. Very polite employees who don't pressure you and give you professional, competent advice, even when they're under time pressure. I'm looking forward to seeing you again
