  It's a shame, we've been waiting for a call back from our responsible bank lady for two weeks. Have called several times and each time a callback is noted but there is simply nothing. We're running out of time, but apparently no one here cares. Thanks for nothing - we are now looking for another institution for all accounts

  I have only had good experiences with the Sparkasse so far. Recently I was there with several concerns and received friendly and competent advice from an employee who was only there on a temporary basis (actually working in Breckerfeld). She took her time and was able to help us with all of our questions. Thank you very much.🙂

  If I had the chance, I wouldn't give it any stars. We come to the Sparkasse at 1:45 p.m. on Friday and would like to transfer money. First reaction: no, the cash registers are already closed! Please what? It's 1:45 p.m.! You work another 15 minutes. Another lady was kind enough to transfer money from the savings account to our account because, as we said, we can't come back on Monday because we're going on vacation. However, in a very bad mood. Dear Sparkasse team, if you no longer want to serve customers before the end of the day, then close 15 minutes earlier. The customer service has reached a dimensional depth!
