::The branch is characterized by particularly friendly and always courteous employees. I have been a customer of the Sparkasse for years and “landed” here when I moved to the Elbe-Elster district. However, I didn't have such good customer service at my home savings bank. The gentleman who was responsible for the investment advice was also very competent and friendly.
