  The customer service leaves many wishes unfulfilled. Many branches have been closed in recent years. The headquarters is in Düren city hopelessly overwhelmed. Long queues in front of the counters, sometimes waiting times of up to half an hour. When there is a lot of traffic, not all counters are occupied. I have been a customer of Sparkasse Düren for over 60 years and find that the service continues to improve goes back. The branches will be closed and the opening times will also be reduced (closed Wednesday / Friday from lunchtime). I'm still mobile myself and have my online banking, but no one thinks about the older people who have to drive to Düren and then have to wait in line. Many older people cannot do online banking. There is then a lack of hardware, internet or knowledge. They then stand in front of the machines to make your transfer and many are overwhelmed by this.
