::We've had enough with today's visit to the branch. We will close our accounts at Sparkasse Darmstadt. There is absolutely no willingness to help here. When I asked her to help me, she said she understood me but she didn't do anything. When I asked if I could ask for help at the Seeheim online banking service center, the lady said she came from there and they didn't help there either. We are now ending our decades-long collaboration with Sparkasse Darmstadt and are looking for a more customer-friendly bank

::True today at the Sparkasse Bickenbach, I've been a customer for ten years now. I wanted to find out a few things about my account and set up online banking. The staff had no idea and was a bit unfriendly. It's a shame but not recommended, sorry. I might have to go to Darmstadt in the future Do you have any more idea???? .

::I had a call to the Bickenbach branch today to set up my cell phone for online banking, both ladies were unable to set it up for me, not recommended 👎
