  I don't think it's good to close the York area store. My grandma is getting into real problems now. No ATM in the York area. The Sparkasse was so trustworthy for personal contact and they were happy to pay a few euros more. I can not understand this

  An excellent professional, cooperative and welcoming stuff providing the best possible customer experience. Special thanks to Ms. Lucie Katja Zenker, she didn't only provide a professional customer service but also was very nice. I have been living in Germany for about three years, and I can say that Ms. Lucie is the best employee I have ever met in Germany.
