  Do you call it opening hours????? That's honestly an imposition. Reachability by phone... also an imposition! If you get someone on the phone after 10 minutes on hold, you get a succinct answer.... With Telekom it can take even longer.

  To say it in a few short words. This austerity policy is starting to get annoying. It's getting worse and the banks are cutting back more and more and the fees are rising. No normal employee can do it on these 1.5 days Tuesday and Friday. When asked, the only answer I received was, "Then you'll just have to take a vacation." Everything is clear about closing a savings account. A few years ago, at least Thursdays were open until 7 p.m. or so. The question soon arises in the service desert of Germany: Do I have to take a vacation soon to go shopping?
