::No cash deposit machine, no Giroscanbox, no customer self-service terminal. Useless branch although there is enough space for the above. Note: Issue has been resolved and a self-service kiosk is back on site.

::I have less personal experience with the Sparda bank in Vorhalle. Apart from a nice conversation with the branch manager, Ms. Kehl, I hardly need any help or advice. I've been doing a lot of online banking with my PC from home for a long time. Then I don't have to wait in the often very long queue. Some time ago I sought advice regarding investments. What can I say, contentment really looks different and that's why I undid everything. The branch will close on June 26, 2020. I experienced that there before, when Deutsche Bank was still in these rooms. After that I kind of followed them around until it got too much for me. I certainly won't repeat this mistake! A letter has already been written to Düsseldorf and will be on its way next week. It probably won't help, but at least I expressed my displeasure about it in strong words.

::Stay away from this bank. Service desert and arrogance. They used to be free, but paying for this behavior is no longer tenable. This bank is abolishing itself!!!!!!! Mr. Gankowski, you have this customer on your conscience!! Keep it up.
