  In the branch, some customers waited at the service counters and four employees preferred to chat, noticed us and then continued to talk. To top it off, the useless advisor from DEVK came, looked into the kitchenette and then gave one of the other advisors the job of making coffee. That made the comedy perfect.

  I wanted to pick up € 200 from the ATM on March 8th, 2021. When the money was thrown out, I received two € 100 bills. In times of Lockdowns with the few shops open I can do one Not even in the CCB parking garage or at the ticket machine switch. When asked by an employee, I was told that I was not a Sparta Bank customer and therefore not me being helped. I then took € 50 from another ATM and solve the problem. For me, this bank doesn't really need any advertising, just doesn't customer friendly.
