  I have been a Sparda Bank customer for many years. I like going to my small, friendly, competent bank. I get answers to all my questions, and helpful employees take their time when there are small glitches/ambiguities when using the terminals. Thank you for fairness, good and understandable advice!! :--)

  After we ended up at Sparda-Bank West in Solingen-Ohligs by chance through a financial advisor, we can only say that nothing better could have happened to us. Local branch, available at any time, friendly and competent. Even when there were problems, every lever was pulled out even after work and the problem was solved. Conclusion: The Sparda Bank in Solingen-Ohligs has 2 more satisfied customers in its portfolio.

  I had an appointment with Ms. Fax and, as always, I was very satisfied with her advice. I moved from the Wuppertal branch to the Solingen branch especially because of her. Sparda Bank should have more friendly and competent employees.
