  Customer there for 15 years and the staff have always been friendly. But the fact that there is only one single deposit machine and that it is ALWAYS defective is not possible! A solution must finally be found, otherwise I will definitely change banks where at least everything works and there is not just one bank on site.

  The deposit machine is permanently defective and the employees are currently unable to deposit money into their own account. They prefer to hide behind glass and get rid of any customer questions.

  Very helpful in the branch. A disaster by phone, very difficult to reach because it goes through a service center, the information on the phone, if you get through, is very different and sometimes the employees there are also rude. If you could do everything in the Euskirchen branch, including making inquiries by phone instead of in the service center, I would have given five stars.

  For 21 years now customer. Nice and competent advice. Good and lower conditions than competitors. Can be reached over the central office if no connection with the branch is possible. Feedback takes place according to experience promptly. Experiences before: 2 other banks or savings banks, which I think were worse in many points.
