  The rating here is pretty bad, which I can not understand, the staff are nice, the ATMs okay and it has a very nice location. From the outside it is also nice to look at.

  Under all cannon! Horrible bad counseling and not just once, which were anything but in my sense. No star !!! Not recommendable!!!

  the staff is almost always friendly but it doesn't help. the technology in this shop is an absolute nogo. eg the obviously totally outdated machines where windows xp still runs as you can easily see. there is now a new ATM with touch that has failed after a week. Another problem is the heat in the shop. even in winter it is too hot. Another problem is the extremely small customer area. you can quickly be imprisoned there with other customers like in a cage. you can usually see how several customers leave the store annoyed. the bank has recently introduced account management accounts, which is ridiculous with the management principle according to the ddr model in this branch. there are plenty of free shops in bernburg with more space. the fact that after almost 20 years the customer is only allowed a battery like a chicken farm is a cheap joke. absurdly, spardabank is said to have the most satisfied customers. well next year this will change drastically because of the account management fees, since other banks in bernburg offer more for less money.

  Customer contact very unfriendly. Wanted to have help at the counter because I did not get along with the appointment. A young man told me so. We are not responsible for that with so many customers they can not help. Very rude the man. Maybe several customers have to change then perhaps the decency comes back
