  The staff here is much more friendly and helpful than the staff in Stuttgart Centre. My booking was just simply cancelled without any refund by Stuttgart Centre, and very terrible experience there. While i walked into this shop to try my luck, I was served by Julie, she was very patient and helped me to find all possible available cars from the city, and finally she found one car available in the evening, and reserved immediately for me. Knowing I planned to visit Stuttgart city in the afternoon, she also offered me a flexible timing to collect the car from 17:30 - 20:00, thank you!

  Easy in, easy out from parking garage. Staff are very competent and friendly. Good service and experience overall. I will take my business here during my next visit.

  The personnel were exceptionally helpful even working extra to provide us with written instructions to comfortably navigate our way out of the city because the vehicle didn't possess GPS.
