    Excellent experience at this location. The car I received was not similar to the booking, but I ended up enjoying the Audi A6 quattro that I was offered much more. The car had very low miles and was clean.

    I must say from my experience here is good. The staff are friendly. I make a reservation for BMW M850i further 1 months and model guaranteed. I got the car as reservation. Finally I got overcharged me on something. I wrote email nice polite and explain everything about the situation, they return the money back which I impressed because it all is not my fault anything at all. By the way if you rent a car, you all should have insurance to prevent worrying during your travel time, not just Sixt but all of car rental company will always finding some tiny scratch and charge you, if not want something like this just buy insurance because it is the way car rental company will make a profit. Sixt also provide a lots variety of car this is what I like the most. Also please do check your credit card for promotion, I use Visa Infinite and they often have promotion for 10% or more discount. Overall I like Sixt this branch, they are better than other companies from my experience.

    I rented what was supposed to be a Limo class car, either a BMW 7, Mercedes S-class, or an Audi A8 or similar. I confirmed my booking and collection location about 2 months in advance as I was traveling from Australia, and wanted to ensure that I would have one of these cars for my drive to Munich with my friends after running the Berlin Marathon (large, comfortable and fast). When I arrived at the location to collect the car, I was told there was no such car available. I had chosen this car for my first drive on the Autobahn, a dream drive for me. The person at Sixt gave barely any apology and said they only had a Volvo SUV for me. I asked if there were anything else available, was was told simply no. Upon walking me to the car however, there were clearly many other cars than the Volvo, much nicer and more similar to what I had rented. I ask if any of them were available and was told that no, they weren't because that was not what I had rented. I explained that neither was the Volvo, and the replay was along the lines of 'this is what i have booked for you, you don't have to take a car at all if you don't like this.' I reluctantly took the Volvo, as I had to get moving as to not put my trip behind schedule, but this was a terrible experience. The car was fine, clean etc. But certainly not the experience I was so looking forward to. I work in customer service, so fully understand that sometimes things happen outside of anyones' control. What was so bad as to not be offered anything like a choice of another vehicle (for example, I would have happily taken the Mercedes CLS they had parked right next to the Volvo). I was told a discount would apply at the end, however I was charge the same amount as what I would have paid for the much nicer class of car. Such a terrible experience, and a shame as Sixt is a company makes a name for itself by letting you rent so many different cars, and claims to offer the dream experience.

    Car was dirty, Sixt tried to make me responsible for a damage that existed already (why does the customer have to document damages and clean the car after pickup?), furthermore Sixt charged me another day (the location was closed 10 min early and I had to figure out where to drop the key; the hotline did not pick up). Never again!
