    Why personal training? For a little over a year I tried to get physically fit and start running. I had read enough books, training plans were printed out, the decision was made, but everything was not going well. There were no results to be seen, frustration arose, motivation waned. Since I live in a very rural area, have to commute to work and also have a family background, the studio and courses were eliminated from the outset. So what to do? Clearly: an expert had to help. Why Simon? I found Simon over the Internet, and since the contact was very personable and totally uncomplicated, it soon started. From then on, my fitness steadily increased, and has been for over two years. I am always amazed at how incredibly effective the training is: 90 minutes of strength and mobility training once a week and my body is completely strengthened and flexible. Not just the legs or arms, all parts of the body. In addition, I receive support and advice on my always up-to-date and tailored running plans, which he regularly emails me. Once I have completed a training session, I play the data on my cell phone and then send it to him, whereupon he checks it and briefly comments on it. (Of course, we did a real fitness test at the beginning and determined my real maximum frequency.) So I can do my running sessions alone, constantly improve my endurance. The nice thing about training together: You don't just meet for sport. The focus is on my well-being and therefore always on my health, possible stress, questions about nutrition and simply how I am in general. And everything on the side. We laugh a lot and sometimes about ourselves. Or I moan about the demanding exercises. But Simon never loses patience. He drives me and motivates me through encouragement and participation, so that at the end of the training I can always be proud of my performance and look forward to the more relaxed part with the stretching exercises. In the meantime, I can feel the progress very clearly, and that makes me happy, makes me proud and makes me want more. My conclusion: I couldn't invest my money more sensibly and better, because I feel really comfortable in my skin. I've never been so fit! And I never thought that I would turn into a small sports cannon. In any case, I'm on the best way to get there.

    That's just great! I tried the personal training in the corona shutdown for several weeks and have to say: It is a training tailored to me and my health, at the times that suit me. Simon is well prepared, technically really good and always in a good mood - a real motivator!

What makes him one of the best coaches in the Magdeburg area, in my opinion, is his solid expertise in sports science and the ability to empathize with his clients. At the same time, it always manages to motivate, even if my daily form makes it difficult sometimes. He is consistent and demanding, but not too hard, so you do not lose the drive and continue to work on. His always very open and friendly nature always motivates us anew.
