  Is there a zero rating? because this owner of silberstein was very arrogant and rude. I may be a tourist but I didn't need to be treated with discrimination. It was clear her interest was in people who 'looked' like they would purchase something. I don't recommend this jeweller if you want to have a pleasant experience in buying jewellery.

  Just came back from Silberstein. what a nasty owner. The rocks from the rings i purchased from the store just fell off with no effort, went in to get it checked,possibly fixed or exchanged. Instead the owner started blaming me for 'carry heavy objects' and then starts blaming the manufacturers in India and refused to do anything with it. I never have been treated with such disrespect and poor customer service. The owner reluctantly took the ring and super glued it and hands it back..will NEVER come back

  Außergewöhnlicher, handgefertigter Schmuck präsentiert in einer Ausstellung mit bemerkenswerten Bildern, sehenswert... und die Liebste freut sich auch über ein schönes Schmuckgeschenk :-)
