    Absolutely disgusting staff. Everyone makes you feel like you're wasting your time. I lost 10€ on tax free returns because the stupid service staff wouldn't listen when I told them they have to process an exchange as a refund and a repurchase. Got to the desk at the airport and they told me my receipt for the exchange stated I spent 0€ so I would get nothing back. Don't shop here, especially if you are visiting.

    Just wanted to get a pair of sneakers. They had 43, which was a bit too small, but no 44. Doesn't matter, I took them anyway. The saleswoman kept trying to make me buy random stuff on top of that. She wanted me to pay 3 € for a shoe treatment in her magic machine (the one mentioned in the other comment, yes that comment from the guy totally excited by the shoe elevator). I said no, so she went on trying to push care and cleaning products. I didn't want that, and before I went to pay for the shoes she tried one last time to convince me about the magic machine. I get that salespeople want to sell things, but she was pushing so hard, and didn't care that I clearly said no. Seriously people, do you need those 3 € that bad? Anyway, I ordered the same pair in 44 from an online store (20 € cheaper too) and they fit better. I went back to the store to get my money back. The woman at checkout (another crook, oops I mean another employee) obviously didn't like that I wanted a refund. She went into overdrive went she saw no price tag on the shoes "Nee, neee, ohne Etikett ist kein Umtausch möglich, Sie sollten aufpassen, ich kann nichts machen, nee, nee..." When she finally stopped, I reached inside the box and got her the label, which just had slipped. O SWEET VICTORY I got my refund. So, my advice to you: do go to the store, do try shoes that you like, and then do go away and buy them online.
