  Great location and amenities. Love the rooms and they have a full sized bath tub, which is always welcomed. Easy access to everything, especially the trains and flights, which makes it really convenient. Would stay here again.

  The room was old and in need of refurbishing. The bed was comfortable. We wouldn't step on the carpet barefoot, it looked dirty because of its age. There were good quality slippers, and they also provided bathrobes. We were in a suite - the bathroom was too spacey for me: I couldn't reach the trash bin from the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was annoying both in the restaurant and in the bar, showing up when we didn't need them and not showing up when we would need them. When we registered for the room it was not ready yet so they promised to call us when it was ready but they did not. When we got back in the late evening to check in it turned out that they forgot to tell us that there was a 30EUR voucher for the restaurant and bar included in our room price. If they would have told us we could have had dinner in the restaurant too... The building is generally too big. One has to walk minutes to get from one place to the other like to the elevator or to the reception.

  Hotel is amazing but I simply can’t say the same about some of the staff (with the exception of Melanie, a consierge who graciously accommodated a group of over 20). We were stranded in Germany for multiple days, with the Sheraton being our only viable option for lodging. We were accommodated by Melanie the night prior to our flight, but in the morning we were greeted with a newer, much less satisfactory staff. Greeted at 6:30 in the morning with a condescending tone was not an excellent way to start our trip. Excellent hotel with an extremely convenient location, but overall has a horrible staff. Melanie deserves a promotion!

  I just wanted to share how kind and wonderful the doormen working this morning were to us. We had four heavy bags and two dogs. They were so nice and helped us so much. They even waited for us to get all checked out and tried to help haggle the prices of our oversized luggage! I didn’t get their names but they deserve a raise!

  Perfectly located between far distance train station on the one side and terminal 1 on the other side. Air conditioning is quiet and not windy. Very big hotel with many possibilities to enjoy the stay. No swimming pool. Executive Lounge is really recommendable.
