  I wish there was a negative star rating feature. I find the team, which I have often noticed, really rude and unhelpful.

  Unfortunately, telephone calls are not answered, but are simply hung up in order to save work. Bad customer service. The call was made on September 24th, 2023 shortly before 1 p.m.

  Was there a few months ago to buy a prepaid card for Netflix. I was served by a slightly older, blonde-haired woman. Her politeness was completely exaggerated, especially the tone of her voice. I've never been treated so scornfully before, totally unpleasant

  The Hermes service doesn't work at all!!! There are always new “rules” that are incomprehensible. Air costs money - without words!! Unfortunately, in my opinion, the employees are not very friendly either. The one star is for the car wash!

  There is no service other than paying: air = money, parcels only during the week until 6:00 p.m. You might think the post was up longer... Thanks for nothing!
