::They don't know what "My Ticket Plus from Edenred" is, I was verbally accused of counterfeiting cards, you can't fill up with a bill, you can NOT pay with a card and cash part, if you have a ticket larger than €50, they send it to you to exchange at the bakery because there wasn't enough remaining money in the cash register, AIR sometimes doesn't work, or is too slow, and had to pay twice for 4 bikes, they don't accept a DKV card, the employee doesn't have the phone number of his boss or “she’s not available at the moment” or “nothing to bother you at the moment”. Does it need to say more? These have all happened in the last 3 months, each time with a different "special" problem hitting this "SPECIAL" Shell gas station. Why are they still open? More than half of the services that every other gas station offers are NOT AVAILABLE here or could not be supported. Last time there, but no more. I prefer to drive a few extra km to another gas station where I can fill myself up with welcome, not one too much on the Shell premises.

::One bad experience ruins the rest. Cashiers here were always nice when I went here to buy. Today, 7th of January 2022, the cashier closed at least 7 minutes before closing time. The 4 people ahead of me had left but I decided to wait. 6 minutes after 10,she came out, disn't ecen address me and started switching off monitors... When I asked what's happening, she just waved her hand at me like a 3rd class citizen. I don't expect smiles and a "yes, sir. Right away, sir" attitude but I accept opening times to be kept, especially from a multinational company... Going to still go here since this happened only once, but if it happens again, i won't refuel at shell again unless forced to
