  German: While I stopped briefly at the gas station to inflate the tire without leaving the car, I unexpectedly received a parking ticket for 40 euros. I find this inappropriate and am very disappointed with the situation. I find it particularly disturbing that my car's license plate, which is not local, apparently leads to reminders that are sent late, so that the memory of the incident is no longer fresh. I would not have expected a Shell gas station to work with a service provider that uses such practices. I will probably go to another gas station in the future. English: I stopped at the gas station to fill my tire without even leaving my car and was surprised to receive a 40 EURO parking ticket. This seems unreasonable, and I am very disappointed by the experience. It's particularly frustrating that my non-local license plate seems to result in delayed notifications, blurring my recollection of the incident. I did not expect a Shell station to collaborate with a service that employs such practices. I will probably choose a different station in the future.

  I really love this gas station. But today I had a problem. I arrived on 01/23/2023 at 4:30am and there was no employee at the counter, I waited 15 minutes and then two people sat there while customers asked me what I needed. They stood in front of me the whole time and just didn't feel like working. a girl and a little boy were the workers. I missed my train to work and they even treated me very badly when I complained to them why they didn't take care of me when I came in because there was no customer and I was the only one.

  Objective: The gas station makes a neat and good impression. Friendly customer orientation is positive and surprising. A gas station for more than just supplies. Prices: The prices are accurate for a gas station and not overpriced. For a cappuccino €2.90 and a cheese roll for €2.00. The fuel prices are cheaper compared to other Shell gas stations. Staff / Service: Service and staff are a little slower and less flexible during the day. Unfortunately, the ability to use the Shell app is limited. On night duty, however, everything works wonderfully for a young Turkish woman. She is hard-working, helps where she can and understands the shell system (app, redeeming points,...) better than the majority of her colleagues. The staff is polite and friendly. Security: There isn't much to say about safety due to the location of the gas station. On weekends the gas station is well attended by polite “old, familiar” drinkers with a party atmosphere. Police presence increased because the 14th police station is just around the corner. Hygiene / sanitary facilities: Some men are unable to estimate their penis, which results in them not using the toilet properly. Women must learn to dispose of their menstrual products in a designated trash can instead of on the floor for menstrual safety. Products/Services: The gas station offers more than the majority of Shell gas stations. There is a large selection of products for lovers, night and day workers and alcohol consumers. Negative: (NO LONGER CURRENT!!!) Towards the end of last year, Parkwatcher (a mailbox company from Hanau) wrote more than 20 payment requests regarding improper use of the business space. Parking at gas pumps and on the gas station premises, despite shopping. Legal counsel took care of it and now everything is stopped. After research, the former tenant of the gas station initiated parking surveillance.

  I'm really speechless.After reading the comments here, I now understand why after 8 weeks I get a letter for €40 that I have to pay just because I stopped briefly for health reasons and didn't even leave my car !!! I stood there for less than 10 minutes. Again for health reasons!!! It would probably have been better to drive into a column (shake your head).

  They are thieves, there, what they write on the board is different from whati paid for, and the workers are very rude, I will never tank there any more
