  We have already booked trips there several times. We received very friendly and competent advice both on the phone and on site. After a short telephone inquiry, we drove to the travel agency this time and booked a cruise. We still had some questions about the ship because we didn't know it yet. Not only could the lady answer all the questions, she also gave us valuable and useful information on some things. In this travel agency you are not "bound" to an employee (e.g. due to commission). The team works very well together. You help each other! We can say the same for the headquarters in Bremen. It happened that the call to Berlin was forwarded to Bremen. There, too, we were given very polite and competent information. Unreserved recommendation!
