  The owner is quite snooty, has probably never listened to anyone in his life. Here you are treated like a second class citizen.

  Okay as a stationery store, unfortunately incompetent as a post office. Wanted to drop off a package for international shipping. He insisted on further papers and customs certificates, but became a bit energetic when I said that everything was correct and should please be sent. In this case it is not necessary, but would then come back as incorrectly labeled. I have been sending a package to the address in Canada every 1-2 months for 10 years and so I know the regulations exactly. It may be that he doesn't have a lot of mail that travels further distances, but not sending my correctly filled things out because you have no idea is not the solution. Sometimes the customer is right. In the nearby post office they just shook their heads and sent everything out as usual. I would like to get my stationery elsewhere in the future.

  Quite a nice shop. Send packages here sometimes. You never have to wait long here.
