::This review relates solely to the management of this practice. This doesn't go any further to Dr. Hellwig. Dr. Hellwig is very nice and I am very satisfied with her performance. I called the practice on (Friday July 21st at 12:22 p.m.) to cancel my appointment for Monday (July 24th at 9 a.m.). Was greeted by Mr. Lingansch (not sure of his name) and I told him that I would like to cancel my appointment for teeth cleaning and make another appointment for periodontitis treatment. He then went on to say that it would be better to have the teeth cleaning and periodontitis done at the same practice. After I told him that I decided to clean my teeth abroad, he immediately changed his tone. Only then did he explain that it was too late to cancel an appointment now and that he couldn't give that appointment to someone else. Even though the cancellation was more than 24 hours before the appointment. The practice also has an online appointment option. This means everyone can book the same appointment over the weekend. I also looked at the practice's website and there is nothing there about the cancellation policy. In addition, he made a comment when he told me that I should also do my periodontitis treatment abroad. Since when do you have the right to tell someone where should you get your teeth cleaned? Since when are you allowed to treat teeth ONLY in Germany? What a shame for such a nice practice!
