  Medizinisch wahrscheinlich bewandert. Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit der dort arbeitenden Menschen: sehr unfreundlich, nicht wertschätzend, angriffslustig, verbessernd, befehligend. Ich musste schon einmal vor Jahren dort hin, habe nach "Begrüßung" durch den männlichen MFA gleich wieder kehrt gemacht - so behandelt/spricht man nicht mit Menschen. Danke für Ihre Antwort. Genau das meine ich. Meistens agieren ja Angestellte so, wie die Unternehmenskultur ist, die maßgeblich die Führungspersonen vorgeben. Ich glaube, ich kann das ganz gut beurteilen, da in meiner Arbeitsstelle eine Kultur der Wertschätzung und des Vertrauens herrscht, nicht des Mistrauens. Das funktioniert aber nur unter ein paar Bedingungen, z.B. dass man anderen nichts unterstellt oder sie subtil beleidigt. Wenn der Chef/die Chefin einer Einrichtung Menschen gegenüber eine solche Haltung hat, dann wird es natürlich schwierig für die Mitarbeitenden, sich gegenüber den Patient*innen freundlich und wertschätzend zu verhalten.

  The treatment is terrible. I have been to the doctor on the 26th of October for a follow up and they took a blood sample and told me they will contact me in 2 days to discuss my results. After a week and no one replied, I sent an email as a reminder. They told me they will forward my message to the doctor and still no reply. I reminded them again on Monday and still after a month, I have heard nothing from them... how long do they need to reply to an already recurring patient! It has been a month and I am without a diagnosis or even a connection to the doctors.

  A great pain center with great nurses and doctors. I have been receiving treatment here since 2008 and I am very satisfied. I am looked after very intensively. I would particularly like to thank my doctor, Dr. Mechtel, always an open ear, always there for me - thank you!

  After my husband did not feel pain free after several spinal operations for many years and everything was tried out, the visit to the pain clinic restored his quality of life and he is almost completely pain free. He was recommended to have an electrode implanted and has not taken any painkillers since the procedure. Many Thanks.

  I was for my back and neck and hade 6 sessions, amazing results and very good and thorough treatment and explanation of conditions.
