::To be fair I did not stay at this hotel but I needed some documents to be printed out in an emergency, so I went here. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and nice. She provided seating while she went and printed my documents for me. Just want to leave a good review as it is rare in Germany to receive such warm customer service

::An absolutely incredible property. Historic but dynamic and modern. Definitely recommend. The neighborhood is beautiful and by many embassies and ambassadors' residences. The staff are also very good.

::Really nice hotel. We had such a nice room, classy style. They have really good breakfast, a very nice bar. The food is good, all the area around is splendid. Certainly would recommend this place. I’ll be back for sure!
