  Make sure that you never left money at room, even in their safe locker. My colleague lost all of her money (more than 1000 euro) even she left it in the safe locker. I myself left money in small bag and 200 euro & 1000 forint are stolen. My colleague reported to police and got compensation from hotel thanks to good cooperation between hotel and our company. However with my case, I noticed too late and cannot report to police. For me, money stolen at room is not acceptable with a 4 star hotel like this. So disappointed!

  Great Hotel... Pros - Great location - Walkable distance to quite a few good view points around Hamburg Amazing staff - Very friendly staff... Easy check-in.. Helpful through out the stay Easy check out... Rooms - Comfortable and clean as you would expect for a 4-5 star hotel. Food - Taste was good Cons - Food - Lacked assortment, hardly any international dishes on the menu Price - I found it to be pretty costly inspite of concession rates.

  I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It features modern design, large rooms with big windows and a very comfortable atmosphere. The Living Room with snacks/beverages and the view from the 8th floor were amazing. I will visit another Scandic hotel for sure.

  Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and professional and the room was great. The room was pretty big and it looked like it was wheelchair accessible. The spacious room was very light with windows from floor to ceiling. The bed was big, but the mattress was way too soft for my taste. It was a box spring with what seemed as if it was just a mattress topper of about 3 inches. That was odd and not too comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was fantastic: heated floor, large walk in shower and great water pressure (for someone with long hair a huge plus when washing out shampoo). Overall I had a great stay and will come back here when I’m in Hamburg again in the future.

  Very modern and spacious hotel. The staff behind the desk were very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. Any requests we had were met without issues. View from the room is limited but it is in a very handy location in the city so that's to be expected. Also, the breakfast is extremely good.
