::Santander Bank, unfortunately I have to give one star, otherwise a recession won't work. I would ideally like to give it minus 5 stars. Customer service is zero! No transparency, no feedback, just excuses and statements from the clerks: "I'll keep it up and set the status to urgent again!" I can't buy any of that either! My motor vehicle case has been in progress since September 6th, 2023! Today is November 20th! Are you all sleeping? If I treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have any customers left! I think it's an absolute disgrace how you're treated, not to mention the waiting times, some of which last 30 minutes!
