  My mom and I were in the Santander branch in Leipzig today and received very friendly and very informative advice from Ms. Yvonne Winkler. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold because they responded to all of our wishes, questions and concerns and gave us great advice. Thank you for that and keep it up

  Online banking on the iPhone is rarely possible, you are always thrown out, orders cannot be executed Password is often shown as incorrect. A new password has already been waiting for 6 days. The branches in Leipzig cannot be reached by telephone… For me: I prefer to switch to a reliable bank.

  After having been a customer of Santander in the UK for 15 years we already knew we were getting and staying with a high quality customer service. However, the service we received here was absolutely outstanding! Courteous, polite and welcoming with explanations that were not jargon-heavy but focused on transmitting the relevant information at the right level and detail. Herr Ermer was happy to answer all of our questions and very re-assuring. When we left, we had transacted all of the business we had come to accomplish and confirmed in our choice of Santander, the branch and Herrn Ermer!
