::Never again Santander. Taken unauthorized fees twice and then simply stopped responding to emails at some point. When I threatened the employee with dismissal on the phone, the answer was: yes, I can understand. Then I went to the branch in Harburg, which is awesome. If you go in there to close an account, they say they only sell loans there, nothing more would be done in the branch. I should go downtown, please. I did it on 06/15/21. My account should be as of June 30th. to be resolved. Didn't happen. 2 mails at the beginning of July were ignored. Then 45 minutes on hold - no one could answer that for me. Call back after 2 days - they currently have a lot to do. Notice of termination has been received, but will take a few more WEEKS!?!? That can't work.

::I am very pleasantly surprised. I had contact with Santander Bank a few years ago, but the advisor Mr. Monien has simply topped everyone so far. Whenever I called him about questions he was extremely friendly and always goal-oriented. You can tell that he really enjoys his work, because he was always in a good mood and is solution-oriented for the customer. My husband and I immediately opened an account because we wanted to reward this great advice. Although Mr. Monien works in the branch in Harburg, he was in Osterstrasse for us on the days when we had a personal conversation. Many thanks to Mr. Monien🤗👌
