  Unprofessional bank It takes forever to process something. There is not really a contact person. If something doesn't work, in my case, it's online banking, nobody knows what to do. I have not received my account statements to which I am legally entitled for over 2 weeks. The postbox does not work and by post or e-mail and no one can deliver it to me. You can't say anything against the staff, they are friendly and hard-working, but they have no other options either.

  I can only recommend the Santander. A big advantage over other banks is the free current account, but also that the Santander, unlike other banks, does not take negative interest.

  Was great. Appointment for the next day made spontaneously by email. No waiting in the branch. Was personally very well advised by the branch manager. I can confidently recommend the branch in Bielefeld!

  I can recommend Santander Bank. Very good advice. No monthly fees and also a Visa card free of charge, used worldwide in cash. You get 3 euros every month in addition to the power of 36 euros a year at Which bank is there? Online banking works very well 5 stars

  An otherwise hard-working employee did not behave cooperatively when the bank statement printer was not outputting anything (no bank statements) and withheld the card. He said I better watch out next time for no reason. ??? I just stood in front of the device as normal, entered the card and waited. When a lady stepped into the anteroom, in which I was still waiting, not in conformity with the corona, he said nothing. It is best not to blame customers for knowing how their devices work.
