::Unfortunately you have to award at least one point in the evaluation. Deliver inferior walking aids to the MedCenter, which you then receive as a bona fide patient. If you then complain directly there that a squeaking and cracking spring is installed and this can be quite annoying in the long run when using the walking aid, then it only means that the basic functionality is guaranteed. She is not interested in anything else. So be careful if you in good faith agree to receive OrthoPoint products in the MedCenter.

::The store is absolutely not recommended. At least not if you missed finger splints from those in the MedCenter. I was not informed that the finger splint is not a health insurance benefit. I should just confirm receipt. Then I get an invoice for € 18.60 for a finger splint without a lock; I always had to glue Leukoplast over it myself. Doesn't work well with the left hand and the splint looked absolutely unsightly after 3 days. And then I see on the Internet that the finger splints are already available with double Velcro fasteners - for only € 9.92. No similar product, but exactly the same rail with the same name, only as a plus version. Written inquiries (mail + fax) why I have to pay for it myself and why the part is so expensive are ignored; only reminders are sent. Only 1 star, because otherwise I would have been able to write.
