  Many complaints from unsatisfied customers during our stay! Old building nice renovated. Nonetheless rather disappointing - it’s all surface. + spa (nice setup) & hotel interiors / staff (friendly, but don’t know too much about the hotel facilities and the surroundings) - details (cleanness here & there, facilities out of order, maintenance, arrangements …) For 1-2 days ok, but definitely not for longer.

  Good Hotel as far as ambience and service is concerned. But quite far away from the city. Hardly you will find any place nearby to roam around. Even to eat also you have to walk atleast 15mins and may be 2-3 restaurant with very less choices of food you will find

  Had one night at the hotel with my wife and daughter. We booked two connected rooms. My brother-in-law and his partner also stayed for two nights. Nice facilities and super breakfast. Convenient location for us to attend wedding reception. Lots of parking. We didn't use the spa facilities, as we didn't have time. Happy stay. Thanks to the hotel team!

  I am staying here for around 2 years. Very friendly staff and beautiful and neat hotel. I am happy to stay here for longer time. Pros: Neat environment with no or less noise Sauna Massage Swimming pool Neat rooms with wifi Open parking space Cons: Management started to charge for Sauna 8euros Less covered parking slots No person after working hours for any emergency assist( you must rely on their emergency number but that was not helpful for me).

  Very nice place, just recently renovated; excellent Breakfast.. just in front thermal water spring Park. Service also good! Opportunity for Improvement on Internet speed and gym facilities..
