::A very charming hotel from the 16th century with wellness and very nice interior all very much update but still with charm. The breakfast was a treat with all one can wish for.

::Out of the way inn with great suites. They gave us a standard double room which was quite small and up 2 flights of stairs (with luggage). When I pointed out that we had reserved a suite they switched us to the reserved suite which was very nice and, after asking, they told us there indeed is a lift which reduces or eliminates stairs. They don't have a "hot tub" as listed.

::My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a romantic getaway and had a fantastic time! Our suite (non-renovated) was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. We very much enjoyed the wellness lounge (sauna and massages), which was directly next door to our room. Our only feedback to our room was that it could use new mattresses. They seemed quite near their end of service. The service in every area of the hotel was absolutely exceptional. Everyone we spoke with was helpful, patient, kind, and cheerful. We felt so welcomed and valued as patrons. The food was UNFORGETTABLE!!! We could definitely taste the quality in their regional ingredients. The waitstaff was top notch and knowledgeable. And the kitchen staff was clearly passionate about the menus they prepared. We had the pleasure of being served 3 course menus on two evenings, and each night I was left SPEECHLESS with how delicious the food was. The meat on both evenings was PERFECTION. I would come again to this hotel for just the food alone. All in all, it was a delightful stay, which we hope to return for again in the near future! 10/10 recommend!!!
