  I will not come back and don't recommend. Not really welcomed when I enter as I had the sensation that the two employees were talking about me in portuguese in front of my face. Bikini waxing really painful and was too hot. Paid for a complete restructure of my eyebrows but had a classic eyebrows waxing. The beauticean was nice though, but that's it.

  This place is not professional at all. First the girls changes all the time and rarely they speack something different than portuguese, often they are not nice at all. Anyway this guys pulls you on the table giving you this " invisible" card for 10 waxes and one is for free at some point but you don't know when! WHY??? because you will never see this card, and if you ask about they say to you that you cannot see it! ahahaha really a joke. Probably because this card just don't exist. Very bad costumer service.

  I booked yesterday for 2pm. I saw other names on the schedule chart so I checked once more if it's really available and said 2:15 or 2:30 is alright as well. But they said it's okay. And when I got there at 2pm, already there was another woman booked at the same time and they let the woman get the waxing first without saying anything.(and already I had to wait 10min then) They didn't explain about double booking until I asked. I had to wait 30min more so I just left. About the waxing(I've done at here once last time), the wax was too hot and it was really painful. But the result was alright. But thanks for the cancelling, I found the best waxing place I've ever been near my place. Not too hot was, no pain at all, not much waiting even though I didn't reserve.

  Seit Jahren gehe ich zu einer bekannten Waxing Kette. Die Behandlung bei Rio Waxing war die beste, die ich bisher hatte. Auch ohne Termin kam ich sofort dran. Und die Preise sind sehr fair.
