::Apparently I disturbed the two employees behind the counter during their afternoon chat! In the afternoon I wanted to set up a new standing order, but the “nice” lady at the counter curtly told me “You can do that via online banking too!” fobbed off. Her colleague then told me that I should set up my standing order on the machine myself. Said and done... So while I entered all the data at the machine (admittedly not rocket science), the two people behind their counter cheerfully continued the chat I had interrupted. But the crowning glory came at the end! After I had relieved the two of them of some of their stressful work, the lady said to me: Wait a minute, you'll get something else from me!" She then handed me a small card that said "A compliment to you..."

::Anything but normal, good service. I couldn't even deposit two large amounts of money here in an emergency. Although the bank could provide a so-called white card for each CUSTOMER. One case would have been solved quickly. Answer from the lady at the counter. “We don’t actually do that, only in an emergency.” Thank you Zella-Mehlis. I drove to Suhl (10 km detour) and it went smoothly. Thanks to the branch in Suhl.
