::From admission to surgery and discharge, everything was really great. The follow-up appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. I was well informed and looked after. Super nice doctors. My first point of contact for important operations. Only recommended. However, for smaller things you have to wait a long time in the waiting area. Luckily there is a good cafe with lunch on site. Also a Sparkasse machine.

::I've been there twice. I went to the emergency room once and ended up in trauma surgery and ward C2. The doctors from TOP trauma surgery, the nurse and ward C2 were great back then. Thank you very much. Star deduction for the absolutely unfriendly and empathetic young doctor in the emergency room at the time. In my opinion the young lady was out of place. I was there for the second time recently. Trauma surgery and C2. Many thanks to the great anesthetists, I have never had such a well-tolerated anesthesia, many thanks to the trauma surgery department, ward C2 was again top and the nurses were super nice, with one exception. Thank you for everything. I can't understand the bad reviews. Can only recommend this hospital

::Emergency reception. Today we went to the clinic after a serious traffic accident and in my opinion, despite the information that we had dizziness, etc., we had to wait too long. Today the medical emergency room staff is of no use at all. Were here on an emergency basis not too long ago and there was an accident on the way there and I have to say that it was much quicker and with less waiting time. But when you see someone calling you and can still sole your shoes while walking, I can't think of anything to do. The excuse is supposedly the many ambulance calls that come in. Well guys, honestly, you better call an ambulance and you'll probably get treated quicker.

::Very nice and fast care, Doctors Speak English (In Emergency Ward) and diagnose sincerely. for me personally the waiting time was very less. Nice people but had lot of language barrier with service staffs. So I assume they also understand that patients are unable to communicate properly.
