  Small room but cheap price with breakfast. No air conditioner and no complementary drink. Walkable distance from Frankfurt Univ campus. Close supermaket (Penny) and subway stations.

  Extremely disappointed with the bar. The bar keeper said that they were already closed - BEFORE 11:30 PM ON A SATURDAY - when it’s clearly indicated on their Info Guide that the bar is open DAILY til 1 AM. Also, the Minibar was EMPTY. Unblelievable. Also the following day, when my partner told the receptionist about the bar incident last night, all she said was “Tut mir leid.” She didn’t even try to give a resolution to our complaint. She could’ve made a fake promise to report that incident to management for all we care, but at least she could’ve showed some empathy to our concern. Horrible customer service.

  Pros: room is nice and clean (extra cot provided for our baby) Cons: Facilities was bad - there was no kettle, no AC, fridge isn’t working, no mini bar, no room service at night (whatever request you make you have to go to reception to get it yourself) Staff weren’t friendly- I mentioned that the service isn’t good enough, staff said there is nothing they can do, also said I need to respect him and accept it. (When I make request and there isn’t an response) Fire alarm went off at 11pm Definitely won’t stay again

  Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Great dry and wet sauna rooms available as well as some gym equipment. Very good Thai fast food available across the road from the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel and supermarket within 15 min walking distance.

  Excellent hotel, everything perfect. Large comfortable rooms, good service. Free sauna and steam room on the 7th floor. Paid parking, but you can park for free on the streets beside the hotel easily. Wonderful breakfast including cooked option - bacon. eggs, baked beans - as well as cereals, pastries and meats/breads.
