  Geben kompetente Auskünfte,nette Loungeatmosphäre.Das Nummer ziehen muss nicht sein.Erstattungen von Fahrkarten problemlos.Nur die hohen Fahrpreise regen ein auf,für teilweise überfüllte Züge mit Flixbus ist man da günstiger

  Very friendly and quick service. Usually there are lots of people waiting so be prepared to wait 20 minutes. They have many seats available though so you should be able to get a spot. No bikes are allowed inside but they let you put it outside and there is an employee at the welcome desk near the entrance who will try to keep an eye out for your bikes. For general inquiries you should go to the Information Desk in the main part of the train station and not here, since the wait there is usually shorter.
