::You call, the phone rings and rings and rings. No announcement, no information, simply nothing. Until the line is interrupted. I tried it several times throughout the day and continuously for an hour in the morning. You don't know whether you just called at the wrong time or whether all employees are on the call. You just don't find out anything! Every small doctor's office can afford an AB. Apparently not the big RBK. Addendum: no wonder you can't reach anyone if the wrong number is displayed on the website. Addendum 2: with the correct number, exactly nothing changes. Tried over several days at different times and often continuously for hours. Is the phone ever busy?

::I spent two nights in the sleep lab and there was definitely nothing wrong with it! The entire organization from admission to discharge was more than professional and fabulous! The staff in the sleep laboratory, the doctors and everyone else involved do their utmost to make the stay as pleasant as possible. In addition, the work done here is of an extremely high and professional level, so that you can leave the clinic with a decent result and the right therapy. Thank you for that.

::Was in the sleep lab. I have rarely experienced such good organization, starting with the inquiry, waiting list, instruction, lectures, ... TOP. Preparation for the night was just as good as quick evaluation the next morning. The prescribed apnea device could (or did not have to) be obtained directly there, including setting up the device, instructions on how to use it and cleaning it. Lectures: a lot of background information. Staff: both the doctors and the nursing staff were extremely competent and friendly. TOP !!!

::This is the very last clinic!! The treatment leaves a lot to be desired. And if the patient has died, his private items and things are simply missing. It can't be true that patients' items simply disappear without a trace!! You should think twice before going here. Incompetent people!

::Very different experiences in 40 years, but this is probably generally due to the way things were done back then, for example. B. Had a bronchoscopy, just with a little spray in the throat🙈. I am now very satisfied and am being treated by competent pulmonologists. No. 1 in the Stuttgart area for severe lung diseases. The Schmieder Clinic is currently building in front of it, so there is a construction site in front of the main entrance. Construction site completed May 2021.
