  I have been to Dr. Rathert with a throat infection and can happily recommend this clinic. Despite a very busy interval, Dr Rathert kept a positive vibe; he was friendly during the examination and patient with my questions. Additional advantages: you can book "acut" appointments at this clinic online. Dr. Rathert speaks English.

  Being rejected because it was too full, I had an appointment 3 days later only to wait for 2 hours to be seen by the Dr. 2 hours later. What is the point of getting an appointment?!! He then took literally 5 minutes to check me and that was it, no further questions asked when I have been down for a week!! I will def never understand the german health care system nor their doctors. Seems their are over-flooded with patients and don’t really pay attention to your symptoms.

  Great disappointment for me personally! Having an appointment, waiting 50 min and hearing that there will be 2 more patients I needed to leave. I'm making an appointment in order not to wait 1,5h! And when they could at least have told me when I checked in. Sorry for me this is a disrespect of my time and I will not go there again!

  I got the appointment the same day, without waiting for too long. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and understanding. The doctor speaks English and was also very friendly and practical. Very professional and kind, I would totally recommend this doctor and all the staff members.

  Great friendly atmosphere and personal. Doctors are excellent and know what they are doing. Great experience overall for me personally and my child
