  And another 5 stars go to Mohammed (reception) and Ulf (technical support turning into driver in need) for going above and beyond for their guests. They made my stay at this hotel special.

  The service at the reception is awful. Out unpredicted arrival made the receptionist so angry he started to yell at us, after he didnt understand that we would like to receive a company receipt. He claimed that they dont have a 24 hour reception at a 4 star hotel, so we have to pay for the room at once. He’s behavior was outrageous. I asked him to call the manager, but he didn’t let us talk to anyone beside him, kept yelling and pointing at us. Unacceptable service.

  Newly renovated hotel and all room equipment is brand new. Free parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is close to the highway. You won't find better accommodation for that price

  Stayed here on my way to Austria with my brother and his wife. It said on the hotel's website that they had chargers for electric cars. It also said they had a restaurent at the hotel that was open until 10.00 pm. Also said on the website there would be a bar. None of these things turned out to be true, so when we arrived at 9.00 pm we had to look for alternative dining options. Luckily we arrived with 20% charge left so at least we were within reach of other charging points. Besides these flaws I also had issues with the cold water in my room being warm. When we checked out we asked if we could get the breakfeast complementary since the hotel lacked many of the features they advertised. And one of the major reasons we chose the hotel was because they advertised charging stations. But they only gave us one (out of three) breakfeast for free. While we were waiting at the reception as the receptionist talked to his manager about it, we also overheard a family who had payed for breakfeast, but there wasn't any left. We also had to pay for the breakfeast in cash, a minor issue but still annoyying since we only had a limited amount of cash with us. Overall a lot of issues and missing ameneties. The hotel was recently renovated so maybe a lot of these issues were a result of all the new stuff not being quite up to speed yet. Still that shouldn't be an excuse. I do feel bad for the receptionist as he was pretty much the only employee I saw at the hotel and he seemed to have a lot on his plate, more than he should have.
