::Withdrawing money with a VISA card is refused - that's not possible! As an account holder at another bank, I tried to withdraw cash using my VISA card. The machine showed the corresponding logo on the display. Nevertheless, I was refused the payment. Everything worked perfectly with my bank's normal debit card. However, I was charged more than €3 in fees. An unparalleled impudence!
