::Fees are constantly rising with a lack of transparency. Online banking is becoming increasingly complicated. Apps are prone to errors and things are getting worse to say the least. Whatever the plan was here, it continually fails.

::Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed at how unfriendly the women at the service are. I've never experienced anything like that before. I sometimes wonder how such people got their jobs. That's insane!! My girlfriend is also very disappointed with the women who work at the service. I would think again about whether they are suitable for the job, because in my opinion probably not.

::It's been a catastrophe since the merger, no one can reach anyone who knows the employees. Not being familiar with the new system and having to wait on the phone is horrible. Service is extremely in need of improvement. Apparently it's not the fault of the employees, if you catch one they are very helpful.
