  Unfortunately, I have to share my disappointing experience with VR Bank's real estate department. Despite the stated claim to the highest level of professionalism, my contact with Ms. F. was characterized by remarkable unprofessionalism, the likes of which I have never experienced in my ten years of working with various banks. The lack of competence and commitment on the part of Ms. F. has caused considerable inconvenience. Your inability to adequately address our emerging problems from landlords and tenants and to offer viable solutions makes me have serious doubts about the leadership and structure of the department. Given the importance of trusting and professional cooperation with our bank, we are forced to consider terminating four rental properties. This results from the lack of reliability and service we experienced in this context. I hope that VR Bank uses this feedback constructively to improve internal processes and ensure that similar experiences are avoided. Otherwise, you risk losing reputation and customer trust. Under these circumstances, I would not like to recommend cooperation to either landlords or prospective tenants.

  Today, July 3rd, 2023, we had an appointment to open a business account and because our gut feeling didn't fit, we couldn't open an account and just wanted a Plus account. I wouldn't even have given it one star.

  Avoid this bank if possible. My negative experiences are based on different “services” provided by this bank. 1) Buying/financing real estate Positive: - nice and hard-working Negative: - keeps the disadvantages of financing to yourself / only provides the necessary information when asked. -Apparently the servers failed before the appointment: consultation took place with paper, pen and cryptic drawings - unprofessional! It would have been better to cancel or postpone the appointment! - Sales discussion regarding additional, sometimes unnecessary, insurance Anyone who wants to take out financing here should read carefully beforehand (Stiftung Warentest, Focus, etc.) in order not to be ripped off or to ask the right questions. 2) Property management Please do not move into a property that is managed by Raiba or carefully check your (sometimes legally untenable and botched) annual statements! Positive: nothing... Negative: - I haven't noticed anything from the administration in two years except for the billing. -Billing incorrect every time. The bank shifts responsibility to the landlord and does not want to remember the agreements made/does not keep them. -offer appointments for clarification on two mornings a week - means you would have to take time off work to clarify a problem that you wouldn't have without the bank.... -do not admit mistakes. 3)Banking Positive: Change of residence and the associated transfer of the account worked without any problems Negative: overpriced tariffs for this service. Online banking is very backwards. App is a bad joke. RAIBA? NEVER NEVER EVER again!!!!
