  I can only understand the negative review here, very condescending communication. Unfortunately, people are not interested in clarification; they would rather spend money to delete unpleasant reviews. That's okay, there's enough money for lawyers thanks to the customers ;).

  My opinion: Extremely condescending and, in my opinion, very presumptuous. Also not customer oriented and very rude. You have to keep in mind that the salaries of these employees are lower than mine. One of the consultants once showed us the salary list, unfortunately it is no longer there. I would like to point out that I give my free opinion here without judging :)
