::Even one star is still too many. Our son needed a special x-ray. We called the practice and specifically asked whether this special x-ray examination was possible in this practice. After questioning, this was answered in the affirmative. There was also an appointment for the next day in the morning. We were there on time for our appointment today. We had to wait over 40 minutes, our son was then asked to go into the changing room to undress, only to be told shortly afterwards that they would not carry out this examination because the appropriate equipment was not available. There was a half-hearted apology. Not more. It was very annoying and doesn't really show any competence in the area of providing information on the phone, organizing the practice (long waiting time that wasn't planned because we had an appointment) and knowledge of what examinations the practice offers. We could have been informed about this within the 40-minute wait and would have saved us a lot of stress. Certainly not again. Then we'd better go somewhere else.

::I was in the office today for an MRI and a CT scan of the entire spine. I chose this practice because it has an open MRI machine and this examination should take 3 x 20 minutes, so a total of 1 hour. As a statutory health insurance patient, I was happy to pay for this service myself! From making an appointment (getting an appointment within 1 week) to the on-site examination, I can only recommend this great practice. The staff is very friendly. The final conversation with the doctor about the results was just great!

::When it comes to early morning appointments, time is a valuable commodity here. Unfortunately only for the radiologists, the statutory health insurance patient is second choice and can wait. You will be reminded of your appointment by phone call and text message (which is generally a very good thing), but you don't have to expect that you will be treated before 8:00 a.m. There are certainly some good reasons for this behavior (taking contrast media, etc.), but basically my life time is at least as valuable as that of doctors or private patients, isn't it? It should be borne in mind that many patients attend the appointment before or during working hours and may have to "make up" the time again. But that's just how it is when there's a lot of demand and little supply. My tip....still just look for alternatives! To the lady at reception... maybe. Go to bed an hour earlier in the evening, then you might remember to use normal etiquette and greet the patients and not have to yawn so often, or is this etiquette only intended for private patients?
